Three-sixths of Baba Rud village, Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritance, has been rented to Fath‘ali Aqa, who has not generated enough returns on the land due to his mismanagement and lack of know-how. Letter written by Banu Ziya’ (wife of the late Mashhadi Riza), and her son, ‘Abd al-Rasul, objecting a court order addressing the rights of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Riza that have been overridden by Jalal, brother of the late Mashhadi Riza. Jalal has settled their house for a very low price, and he has also taken a lot of copperware and household furnishings and has never paid the share of his brother's underage children.
